The start of the year doesn't need extremes. No punishing resolutions, no "new year, new you" pressure. Just a simple fact: January is when you need to feel better, and the easiest way to get there is through what you wear and how you spend your time.
That's Regenuary. It's an approach.

Comfort Actually Matters
When your clothes fit properly, think soft layers that breathe, that don't restrict movement, that keep you warm without bulk, you naturally spend more time outside. You walk further. Your mind clears.
We've chosen specific pieces because they work:
Merino crewnecks and technical base layers regulate temperature naturally. Merino wool adapts to your body: warm when it's cold, breathable when it's not. You’ll often see it used in hiking or skiing, so any trails planned this is the fibre to choose.
Soft yet durable overshirts layer easily over everything. They work indoors and outdoors. Smartly or casually.
Transitional bombers bridge the gap between Winter and Spring (and yes Spring is on its way)
The point: good fabrics get you outside. And once you’re out, moving, breathing fresh air, soaking up daylight, you’ll notice a shift in mindset. One simple habit that really works: step outside first thing in the morning, without sunglasses. Morning sunlight helps regulate your circadian rhythm, which leads to better sleep. Sleep impacts everything from mood and energy to recovery, yet it’s often overlooked. Make this a part of your morning routine, and you’ll feel the difference by night (trust me!).
Why Regenerative Agriculture Makes a Difference
Most cotton farming depletes soil. Year after year, chemical inputs strip the land until it's just dirt. Regenerative agriculture works differently: it rebuilds what conventional farming breaks.
In South İzmir, Turkey, where our cotton grows, the farms use composting and organic fertilisers instead of chemicals. This restores soil structure, improves water retention, and makes the land more resilient with healthier soil that captures carbon from the atmosphere (carbon sequestration).
The practical outcome: biodiversity increases. Bees and natural pollinators return. Tilling is minimised so soil stays intact, preserving the microorganism networks that actually make crops stronger. Less chemical input needed. Better cotton grown. Land that's healthier after harvest than before.
Why Natural Fabrics Actually Perform
This matters to you because better-grown fabric performs better. Our ZQ Merino wool comes from New Zealand regenerative farms and naturally adapts to your body. If you’re familiar with merino then skip this sentence, if not then look at like this: a sheep’s wool has evolved to protect itself in the wilderness and the fibre when used in our tees or crewnecks do the same thing, but to you. There’s also Regenerative cotton which is soft, long-lasting and comfortable against the skin, and subsequently preserves long-term soil health and minimises water and fertilisation usage.
The Regenuary Retreat: A Place to Feel Better
In a similar way that regenerative fabrics restore the planet, we’ve partnered with Fritton Lake as the kind of break that actually restores you.
Early walks through rewilded landscapes. Strong coffee. Sauna sessions that melt away tension you didn’t even realise you were holding. Time by the water. Quiet moments to think, uninterrupted by screens or schedules. Simple space, calm, and the freedom to reset at your own pace. It’s a retreat that works with you, not against you.
Spend £350 with Neem during Regenuary (until 1st March), and you’ll get a pair of soft socks we make in Britain and be entered into a draw to win two nights at Fritton Lake (we’re also throwing in a Neem £200 voucher).
It’s real, it’s tangible, and it’s the kind of pause that leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and ready for the year ahead - the perfect extension of Regenuary’s philosophy: simple, restorative choices that lift your mind and body.
Until March 1st we are offering the chance to stay where we photographed our Regenuary campaign.
The Regenuary philosophy
Layer properly with fabrics that move. Get outside first thing, morning light fixes your rhythm. A walk clears your head in ways nothing else does.
Small steps compound. By Spring, you'll sleep better, move more, think clearer. Not because of some wellness program. Because you finally removed the friction between what you want to do and what your body actually needs.
That's Regenuary. Start the year with clothes that lift you. Everything else follows.
