What is our Return Policy?

Ok, we know not all our products will be perfect for everyone.  In the unlikely event your Neem purchase is not loved by you as much as it is loved by us, we have an exceptional 120-day returns policy.

Fit & Shrinkage

The finest cotton shirts have a natural shrinkage of about 5% after washing, so please allow for this when trying on the garment before washing. Please consult our size chart for details but our advice - if in doubt, please buy a size up as the product will shrink post washing.

Please note that our innovative cotton jersey shirts (for instance horizontal stripe, dobby and modern city stripe) have been cut to allow for this shrinkage so before the first wash you may find the sleeves a little long - just double over the cuffs before the first wash - but you will find they are perfect once washed.

Can I Exchange an Item?

Shopping online can mean we do not get your perfect Neem fit or colour on our first order. We are very happy to exchange your purchase within 120 days. Follow the link below, and select the new size or colour required.

Once your returned goods arrive, we will dispatch the exchanged item you desire. Again, please feel free to contact us or  use the "Chat with Us" function below if you need any help or advice from us. 

Can I get a Refund instead?

If you really can't find another Neem item to replace the one you have returned then you can start your refund by following the link below, entering your order number (please include the NLL prefix in capitals) and then printing off the resulting returns label/QR code. Please attach the label to original packaging to send your items back.  If the original packaging isn’t available, please consider the environment and re-use another old package.

Depending on the option you have chosen, drop your item at either a DHL drop off point or a Post Office branch, Royal Mail Customer Service Point, or have it collected by DHL.  You can find your local DHL drop off point by clicking this link:

Once we have received and checked your item a refund will be issued that day.  Returns will normally take 10 to 14 working days to process - we are a small team so we appreciate your patience. 

As an alternative to a cash refund we offer a generous extra 10% back on your original purchase price when you select a Neem voucher instead of a Refund.  You will have 12 months to make your new purchase.

Unworn Condition & Original Packaging

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please return your Neem products in an unworn condition, with labels attached, and as close to the original packaging as possible. Where possible please re-use the original packaging to send your items back.  If the original packaging isn’t available, please consider the environment and re-use another old package.

To confirm, please post your item back to the address below with your order number included on a note.  Please note if you post your item back uninsured, we cannot be responsible if it is lost in transit.

How do I Return or Exchange an item from outside the UK?

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please contact-us-here and we will be in touch with specific arrangements for your country.

Reasonable Use

We reserve the right to monitor returns to see if we believe the good will of our 120 day returns policy is being abused.  In the rare instance that this happens we will deactivate your account and will no longer transact with you.
