The heavier merino wool gives the cardigan structure, holding its shape through repeated wear. The merino wool jersey still does what merino does: breathes, manages moisture, and resists odour naturally.

Wear it as a substantial mid-layer through autumn and into winter, or as a standalone piece on days that don't quite call for a jacket. The weight means it works as outerwear in its own right.

Throw it over a white t-shirt and it's the whole outfit. Layer it under a coat when the temperature drops and it earns its place there too.

The deep green pairs naturally with neutrals, oatmeal, white, navy, but sit just as well against darker pieces for winter layering. Works across warm and cool undertones without needing to think about it.

The fit is relaxed through the body with enough structure to keep it looking elegant. Room to layer underneath in winter, but not so much that it loses its shape when worn on its own. The kind of cardigan that replaces a jacket on those cooler days.

Merino wool naturally resists bacteria and odour, which means this cardigan doesn't need washing after every wear. Wash it too often and you break down the very properties that make merino worth wearing. You'll also shorten the life of the garment unnecessarily.

Air it between wears instead. It'll come back to itself.

When it does need a wash: machine gentle, 30°C (preferably wool programme). Line dry or dry flat.

The cardigan can shrink up to 5% in the first wash and then settle.
